In addition to gathering extensive data through on-site surveys by inspectors and automated services such as Self InspectR®, Millennium also provides telephone services. These phone surveys are available for the acquisition and/or verification of policy and policyholder information. These methods are an excellent way to enhance communication and satisfaction with current or prospective customers by alerting them of upcoming inspections or obtaining critical information for the correct classification of policies.
